Windshaper Skyborne Racials in WoW Forever

Windshaper Skyborne are the Horde mirror of the premium race, behind the same Hero Pack paywall. Same excellent Wind Blessed passive, same honest verdict: good numbers, real money, your call.

Skyborne paywall: this race requires the Skyborne Hero Pack or higher to play. Their racials are strong on paper, but they sit behind a real-money purchase, so they get flagged every time they show up below.

Windshaper Skyborne Racial Abilities in WoW Forever

Wind Blessed

Passive

+1% to all haste, always on. The same excellent passive as the Alliance version, and the reason this race is B tier for PvE instead of lower.

Skysight

Passive

Boosts your movement speed. Getting places faster is never bad, but it does nothing for your damage meter.

Walk on Air

Active · 2-minute cooldown

Glide through the air for 10 seconds. Fun and occasionally useful for positioning, never decisive.

Windshaper Skyborne PvE Guide: How Good Is Windshaper Skyborne for PvE?

PvE tier: B (a middle-of-the-pack pick on the PvE racial tier list).

Wind Blessed's +1% all-haste passive is real, always-on throughput. But Skysight's movement speed does nothing for your damage meter, so Windshaper lands in B tier, a step below its Alliance mirror.

Windshaper Skyborne PvP Guide: How Good Is Windshaper Skyborne for PvP?

PvP tier: C (a weak pick on the PvP racial tier list).

Neither the haste passive nor the glide breaks crowd control. Like the Alliance version, you would be paying for mobility, not answers. C tier for PvP.

Windshaper Skyborne Leveling Guide: How Fast Does Windshaper Skyborne Level?

Leveling tier: C (a weak pick on the leveling racial tier list).

Faster movement is nice while questing, but not worth a real-money purchase on its own. C tier for leveling.

Best Classes for Windshaper Skyborne in WoW Forever

• Shaman: Haste benefits every Shaman spec, and the Horde mirror fits the faction fantasy.
• Druid: Passive haste scales across all four Druid roles.
• Hunter: Attack speed from haste plus faster movement between pulls.
