What each rank of Death Wish does

  1. Rank 1: When activated, increases your Physical damage done by 20% and makes you immune to Fear effects, but increases all damage you take by 5%. Lasts 30 sec.

Row 5 opens after you spend 20 points in the earlier Fury rows. Level 30 is the earliest you can pick up Death Wish.
