Beta talent allocation: 0/0/21
Restoration: 21 points
| Talent | Rank | Effect at this rank |
|---|---|---|
| | 5/5 | Gives you a 70% chance to avoid interruption caused by damage while casting Arcane and Nature spells. |
| | 5/5 | Reduces the cast time of your Healing Touch spell by 0.5 sec and increases all damage you deal by 5%. |
| | 3/3 | Allows 50% of your Mana regeneration to continue while casting. |
| | 2/5 | Increases the effect of all your healing spells by 4%. |
| | 1/1 | Reduces the global cooldown by 0.5 seconds on your Rejuvenation, Swiftmend, and Wild Growth spells. |
| | 3/3 | Increases the effect of your Rejuvenation spell by 15%. |
| | 1/1 | Instantly heals a target with an active Rejuvenation or Regrowth effect for an amount equal to the full duration of the periodic effect of one of those spells. |
| | 1/1 | When activated, your next Nature spell becomes an instant cast spell. |
How to play this beta version
- Keep an appropriate periodic heal available for Swiftmend and avoid overlapping every recovery cooldown.
- Use form changes and terrain to create space while retaining Mana for the next heal.
- Use Nature's Swiftness for a useful immediate Nature spell instead of an unnecessary overheal.
What changes from the 51-point build?
- Wild Growth cannot fit at this budget.
- Shifting, healing and recovery share the same Mana reserve; the talent plan does not make repeated form changes free.
For mostly dungeon healing with protected casting, the group Restoration version maximizes Gift of Nature instead of using the same Reflection investment.
Why this beta talent split?
Keep both Swiftmend and Nature's Swiftness for pressure recovery. Balance offers faster, cheaper Wrath while Feral offers Intellect and form-related bonuses; neither five-point dip replaces the emergency instant spell or the removed Rejuvenation support.

How to play Restoration PvP
Keep Rejuvenation or Regrowth available on allies likely to need Swiftmend, and use that instant heal for sudden pressure. Save Nature's Swiftness with Healing Touch for an emergency. Move between healing casts, use terrain to avoid interrupts and shift to escape eligible roots or slows when the Mana cost is worthwhile. Avoid blanketing every teammate regardless of damage; conserve Mana for sustained fights.

Why Restoration PvP takes these talents
Naturalist is required for Nature's Swiftness. Improved Rejuvenation unlocks Improved Regrowth, and Gift of the Earthmother reduces the global cooldown of the spells listed in its tooltip. Living Spirit increases Spirit rather than providing a shield. Subtlety reduces spell threat against PvE enemies; it does not stop enemy players from targeting you. This allocation has neither Wild Growth nor Living Seed, so those abilities are not part of its healing plan.
