What each rank of Impact does

Each point buys one rank. Compare the effects below to decide how many points to spend.

  1. Rank 1: Gives your Fire spells a 3% chance to stun the target for 2 sec.
  2. Rank 2: Gives your Fire spells a 7% chance to stun the target for 2 sec.
  3. Rank 3: Gives your Fire spells a 10% chance to stun the target for 2 sec.

How to reach it

Row 2 opens after you spend 5 points in the earlier Fire rows. Level 15 is the earliest you can pick up Impact.

Is Impact worth the points?

Compare the benefit of another rank with your other talent choices. Take the final rank when it supports your build. You can leave it partially ranked if you do not need the final effect or its dependent talents.
