Divine Aegis
Priest · Discipline · Row 6 of 7 · 3 ranks
NEW in Forever
Divine Aegis sits in row 6 of the Priest Discipline tree. A talent tree is simply the grid of talents for one class role. It can take up to 3 points. Max it fully, or put in a few points just to open the rows below.
New in Forever. This talent never existed in Classic, so don't go looking for an old version to compare. There is none.
What Divine Aegis does at each rank
A rank is one level of a talent. Every rank makes the effect a bit stronger. The list below uses the exact wording from the beta client, word for word.
- Rank 1: Your critical heals create a protective shield on the target, absorbing 5% of the amount healed. Lasts 12 sec.
- Rank 2: Your critical heals create a protective shield on the target, absorbing 10% of the amount healed. Lasts 12 sec.
- Rank 3: Your critical heals create a protective shield on the target, absorbing 15% of the amount healed. Lasts 12 sec.
How to reach Divine Aegis
Row 6 opens after you spend 25 points in the earlier Discipline rows. Level 35 is the earliest you can pick up Divine Aegis.
Is Divine Aegis worth the points?
Every rank makes the effect stronger, so putting in a few points while leveling is totally fine. Max it when the final rank is the heart of your endgame build. And if you only need it as a stepping stone, no shame in stopping early.
