What each rank of Penance does

This talent has one rank. The effect below uses the beta-client wording.

  1. Rank 1: Launches a volley of holy light at the target, causing 44 Holy damage to an enemy, or 133 healing to an ally, instantly and every 1 sec for 2 sec.

How to reach it

Row 5 opens after you spend 20 points in the earlier Discipline rows. Level 30 is the earliest you can pick up Penance.

Is Penance worth the points?

One point gives you the full effect. You also need to open row 5 (that is 20 points in the rows above), so take it when the talent or the picks it unlocks suits your build.

Once Penance is maxed, it opens this talent deeper in the tree: Power Infusion.
