Heightened Senses
Rogue · Subtlety · Row 4 of 7 · 2 ranks
Changed from Classic
Heightened Senses sits in row 4 of the Rogue Subtlety tree. A talent tree is simply the grid of talents for one class role. It can take up to 2 points. Max it fully, or put in a few points just to open the rows below.
Changed from Classic. This talent now works differently than in Classic, so read the ranks below before you spend any points.
What Heightened Senses does at each rank
A rank is one level of a talent. Every rank makes the effect a bit stronger. The list below uses the exact wording from the beta client, word for word.
- Rank 1: Increases your Stealth detection as if you were 1 level higher and reduces your chance to be hit by spells and ranged attacks by 2%.
- Rank 2: Increases your Stealth detection as if you were 3 levels higher and reduces your chance to be hit by spells and ranged attacks by 4%.
How to reach Heightened Senses
Row 4 opens after you spend 15 points in the earlier Subtlety rows. Level 25 is the earliest you can pick up Heightened Senses.
Is Heightened Senses worth the points?
Every rank makes the effect stronger, so putting in a few points while leveling is totally fine. Max it when the final rank is the heart of your endgame build. And if you only need it as a stepping stone, no shame in stopping early.
