What each rank of Swiftmend does

This talent has one rank. The effect below uses the beta-client wording.

Rank 1: Instantly heals a target with an active Rejuvenation or Regrowth effect for an amount equal to the full duration of the periodic effect of one of those spells.

Row 4 opens after you spend 15 points in the earlier Restoration rows. Level 25 is the earliest you can pick up Swiftmend.

One point gives you the full effect. You also need to open row 4 (that is 15 points in the rows above), so take it when the talent suits your build.
