What each rank of Arcane Blast does

This talent has one rank. The effect below uses the beta-client wording.

  1. Rank 1: Blasts the target with energy, dealing 34 to 38 Arcane damage. Each time you cast Arcane Blast, you gain 15% of your Intellect as Spell Damage and the mana cost of Arcane Blast is increased by 175%. Effect stacks up to 4 times and lasts 15 sec from time of initial application.

How to reach it

Row 3 opens after you spend 10 points in the earlier Arcane rows. Level 20 is the earliest you can pick up Arcane Blast.

Is Arcane Blast worth the points?

One point gives you the full effect. You also need to open row 3 (that is 10 points in the rows above), so take it when the talent or the picks it unlocks suits your build.
