What each rank of Arcane Wrath does
This talent has one rank. The effect below uses the beta-client wording.
- Rank 1: Launches a projectile of pure Arcane energy at the enemy target, causing 122 to 146 Arcane damage. This spell gains additional Spell Damage equal to 5% of your maximum Mana.
How to reach it
Row 4 opens after you spend 15 points in the earlier Arcane rows. Level 25 is the earliest you can pick up Arcane Wrath, and you will need Arcane Blast maxed first.
Is Arcane Wrath worth the points?
One point gives you the full effect. You also need to open row 4 (that is 15 points in the rows above), so take it when the talent suits your build.
