What each rank of Vindication does
Each point buys one rank. Compare the effects below to decide how many points to spend.
- Rank 1: Gives your damaging melee attacks a chance to reduce the target's Attack Power by 68, and increase your Attack Power by 1% for 30 sec.
- Rank 2: Gives your damaging melee attacks a chance to reduce the target's Attack Power by 136, and increase your Attack Power by 2% for 30 sec.
- Rank 3: Gives your damaging melee attacks a chance to reduce the target's Attack Power by 204, and increase your Attack Power by 3% for 30 sec.
How to reach it
Row 3 opens after you spend 10 points in the earlier Retribution rows. Level 20 is the earliest you can pick up Vindication.
Is Vindication worth the points?
Compare the benefit of another rank with your other talent choices. Take the final rank when it supports your build. You can leave it partially ranked if you do not need the final effect or its dependent talents.
