What each rank of Silence does
This talent has one rank. The effect below uses the beta-client wording.
- Rank 1: Silences the target, preventing them from casting spells for 5 sec and interrupting their spellcasts for 3 sec.
How to reach it
Row 5 opens after you spend 20 points in the earlier Shadow rows. Level 30 is the earliest you can pick up Silence.
Is Silence worth the points?
One point gives you the full effect. You also need to open row 5 (that is 20 points in the rows above), so take it when the talent suits your build.
