What each rank of Murder does

  1. Rank 1: Increases all damage dealt by 2% against Humanoid and Giant targets.
  2. Rank 2: Increases all damage dealt by 4% against Humanoid and Giant targets.

How to reach it

Row 2 opens after you spend 5 points in the earlier Assassination rows. Level 15 is the earliest you can pick up Murder.
