What each rank of Mutilate does

This talent has one rank. The effect below uses the beta-client wording.

  1. Rank 1: Instantly attacks with both weapons for 75% weapon damage plus an additional 13 with each weapon. Damage increased by 20% against Poisoned targets. Awards 2 Combo Points.

How to reach it

Row 5 opens after you spend 20 points in the earlier Assassination rows. Level 30 is the earliest you can pick up Mutilate.

Is Mutilate worth the points?

One point gives you the full effect. You also need to open row 5 (that is 20 points in the rows above), so take it when the talent or the picks it unlocks suits your build.
