What each rank of Thousand Cuts does
This talent has one rank. The effect below uses the beta-client wording.
- Rank 1: When your Rupture ability deals periodic damage, the Energy cost of your next Hemorrhage or Backstab ability within 10 sec is reduced by 3, stacking up to 5 times.
How to reach it
Row 7 opens after you spend 30 points in the earlier Subtlety rows. Level 40 is the earliest you can pick up Thousand Cuts, and you will need Preparation maxed first.
Is Thousand Cuts worth the points?
One point gives you the full effect. You also need to open row 7 (that is 30 points in the rows above), so take it when the talent suits your build.
