NEW in Forever Requires Shifting Power

Improved Shifting Power sits in row 5 of the Druid Feral Combat tree, and you will need Shifting Power maxed first. It can take up to 2 points. Max it fully, or put in a few points just to open the rows below.

What each rank of Improved Shifting Power does

A rank is one level of a talent, and every rank makes the effect a bit stronger. The list below uses the exact wording from the beta client, word for word.

  1. Rank 1: Reduces the cooldown of your Shifting Power spell by 4 sec.
  2. Rank 2: Reduces the cooldown of your Shifting Power spell by 8 sec.

How to reach it

Row 5 opens after you spend 20 points in the earlier Feral Combat rows. Level 30 is the earliest you can pick up Improved Shifting Power, and you will need Shifting Power maxed first.

Is Improved Shifting Power worth the points?

Every rank makes the effect stronger, so putting in a few points while leveling is totally fine. Max it when the final rank is the heart of your endgame build. And if you only need it as a stepping stone, no shame in stopping early.
