Primal Bite
Druid · Feral Combat · Row 4 of 7 · Single rank
NEW in Forever Active ability Requires Savage Fury
Primal Bite sits in row 4 of the Druid Feral Combat tree. A talent tree is simply the grid of talents for one class role, and you will need Savage Fury maxed first. It costs just one point. So the only question is whether opening its row fits your build.
New in Forever. This talent never existed in Classic, so don't go looking for an old version to compare. There is none.
20 Rage | Melee Range | Instant | 6 sec cooldown | Requires Bear Form, Dire Bear Form
What Primal Bite does at each rank
A rank is one level of a talent. Every rank makes the effect a bit stronger. The rank list uses the exact wording from the beta client, word for word.
- Rank 1: Bite the target for 100% normal damage plus 26.
How to reach Primal Bite
Row 4 opens after you spend 15 points in the earlier Feral Combat rows. Level 25 is the earliest you can pick up Primal Bite, and you will need Savage Fury maxed first.
Is Primal Bite worth the points?
One point gives you the full effect. The real cost is opening row 4. That is 15 points in the rows above, so take it when the talent suits your build.
