What Blast Wave does at each rank

A rank is one level of a talent. Every rank makes the effect a bit stronger. The list below uses the exact wording from the beta client, word for word.

Rank 1: A wave of flame radiates outward from the caster, damaging all enemies caught within the blast for 154 to 184 Fire damage, and Dazing them for 50% reduced movement speed for 6 sec.

How to reach Blast Wave

Row 5 opens after you spend 20 points in the earlier Fire rows. Level 30 is the earliest you can pick up Blast Wave.

Is Blast Wave worth the points?

One point gives you the full effect. The real cost is opening row 5. That is 20 points in the rows above, so take it when the talent suits your build.
