What each rank of Blast Wave does

This talent has one rank. The effect below uses the beta-client wording.

  1. Rank 1: A wave of flame radiates outward from the caster, damaging all enemies caught within the blast for 154 to 184 Fire damage, and Dazing them for 50% reduced movement speed for 6 sec.

How to reach it

Row 5 opens after you spend 20 points in the earlier Fire rows. Level 30 is the earliest you can pick up Blast Wave.

Is Blast Wave worth the points?
