What Ice Lance does at each rank

A rank is one level of a talent. Every rank makes the effect a bit stronger. The list below uses the exact wording from the beta client, word for word.

Rank 1: Deals 28 to 32 Frost damage to an enemy target. Deals 300% increased damage to Frozen targets.

How to reach Ice Lance

Row 3 opens after you spend 10 points in the earlier Frost rows. Level 20 is the earliest you can pick up Ice Lance.

Is Ice Lance worth the points?

One point gives you the full effect. The real cost is opening row 3. That is 10 points in the rows above, so take it when the talent or the picks it unlocks suits your build.
