What Twist of Light does at each rank
A rank is one level of a talent. Every rank makes the effect a bit stronger. The list below uses the exact wording from the beta client, word for word.
- Rank 1: When you replace your Seal of Command, Seal of Righteousness, Seal of Fury, or Seal of Justice with a different Seal, gain an Echo. Your next melee attack applies the replaced Seal's effects, consuming the Echo.
How to reach Twist of Light
Row 7 opens after you spend 30 points in the earlier Retribution rows. Level 40 is the earliest you can pick up Twist of Light.
Is Twist of Light worth the points?
One point gives you the full effect. The real cost is opening row 7. That is 30 points in the rows above, so take it when the talent suits your build.
