What Preparation does at each rank

A rank is one level of a talent. Every rank makes the effect a bit stronger. The list below uses the exact wording from the beta client, word for word.

  1. Rank 1: When activated, this ability immediately finishes the cooldown on your other Rogue abilities.

How to reach Preparation

Row 5 opens after you spend 20 points in the earlier Subtlety rows. Level 30 is the earliest you can pick up Preparation.

Is Preparation worth the points?

One point gives you the full effect. The real cost is opening row 5. That is 20 points in the rows above, so take it when the talent or the picks it unlocks suits your build.
