What each rank of Elemental Mastery does

This talent has one rank. The effect below uses the beta-client wording.

  1. Rank 1: Gain mastery over Fire and Lightning, reducing the cast time of Lightning Bolt and Lava Burst by 0.5 sec, and removing the cooldown from Chain Lightning. Lasts 15 sec.

How to reach it

Row 7 opens after you spend 30 points in the earlier Elemental rows. Level 40 is the earliest you can pick up Elemental Mastery, and you will need Lava Burst maxed first.

Is Elemental Mastery worth the points?

One point gives you the full effect. You also need to open row 7 (that is 30 points in the rows above), so take it when the talent suits your build.
