Bloodthrill Bloodthrill

Warrior · Arms · Row 5 of 7 · 5 ranks
NEW in Forever

Bloodthrill sits in row 5 of the Warrior Arms tree. A talent tree is simply the grid of talents for one class role. It can take up to 5 points. Max it fully, or put in a few points just to open the rows below.

New in Forever. This talent never existed in Classic, so don't go looking for an old version to compare. There is none.

What Bloodthrill does at each rank

A rank is one level of a talent. Every rank makes the effect a bit stronger. The list below uses the exact wording from the beta client, word for word.

  1. Rank 1: Your melee attacks against targets afflicted by your Rend have a 2% chance to activate your Overpower ability for 1 attack on your current target. Lasts 6 sec.
  2. Rank 2: Your melee attacks against targets afflicted by your Rend have a 4% chance to activate your Overpower ability for 1 attack on your current target. Lasts 6 sec.
  3. Rank 3: Your melee attacks against targets afflicted by your Rend have a 6% chance to activate your Overpower ability for 1 attack on your current target. Lasts 6 sec.
  4. Rank 4: Your melee attacks against targets afflicted by your Rend have a 8% chance to activate your Overpower ability for 1 attack on your current target. Lasts 6 sec.
  5. Rank 5: Your melee attacks against targets afflicted by your Rend have a 10% chance to activate your Overpower ability for 1 attack on your current target. Lasts 6 sec.

How to reach Bloodthrill

Row 5 opens after you spend 20 points in the earlier Arms rows. Level 30 is the earliest you can pick up Bloodthrill.

Is Bloodthrill worth the points?

Every rank makes the effect stronger, so putting in a few points while leveling is totally fine. Max it when the final rank is the heart of your endgame build. And if you only need it as a stepping stone, no shame in stopping early.
