What Improved Tactical Mastery does at each rank

  1. Rank 1: Tactical Mastery lets you retain up to an additional 3 Rage when you change stances.
  2. Rank 2: Tactical Mastery lets you retain up to an additional 6 Rage when you change stances.
  3. Rank 3: Tactical Mastery lets you retain up to an additional 9 Rage when you change stances.
  4. Rank 4: Tactical Mastery lets you retain up to an additional 12 Rage when you change stances.
  5. Rank 5: Tactical Mastery lets you retain up to an additional 15 Rage when you change stances.

How to reach Improved Tactical Mastery

Row 2 opens after you spend 5 points in the earlier Arms rows. Level 15 is the earliest you can pick up Improved Tactical Mastery.

Is Improved Tactical Mastery worth the points?

Every rank makes the effect stronger, so putting in a few points while leveling is totally fine. Max it when the final rank is the heart of your endgame build, or when you need it maxed to open the talents below. And if you only need it as a stepping stone, no shame in stopping early.
