Each point buys one rank. Compare the effects below to decide how many points to spend.

  1. Rank 1: Increases the critical strike damage bonus of your Arcane and Nature spells by 20%.
  2. Rank 2: Increases the critical strike damage bonus of your Arcane and Nature spells by 40%.
  3. Rank 3: Increases the critical strike damage bonus of your Arcane and Nature spells by 60%.
  4. Rank 4: Increases the critical strike damage bonus of your Arcane and Nature spells by 80%.
  5. Rank 5: Increases the critical strike damage bonus of your Arcane and Nature spells by 100%.

How to reach it

Row 4 opens after you spend 15 points in the earlier Balance rows. Level 25 is the earliest you can pick up Vengeance, and you will need Improved Moonfire maxed first.

Is Vengeance worth the points?

Compare the benefit of another rank with your other talent choices. Take the final rank when it supports your build. You can leave it partially ranked if you do not need the final effect or its dependent talents.
